As you start a new year at school we've created a handy to-do list to help you get the most out of My World of Work.
It’s time to get ready for the new school year. Did you know, we’ve recently relaunched our My World of Work website? It’s full of great new features and career support to help you go through school and beyond.
We’ve pulled together a back to school checklist! It'll help you get the new school year off to a good start:
- Reset your My World of Work account password or create an account, create and save your own CV, achievements and more!
- Check out the secondary school pupils page, filled with lots of tools, quizzes and job profiles to help you start thinking about your future career options.
- Get advice and support from a careers adviser in your school – they can help you with finding the best opportunities for you and advise you on your CV, plus different course, job, training and apprenticeship options.
- Try Animal Me – learn about your personality and uncover potential careers with our wild quiz!
- Try Option Choices – enter your school subjects and we’ll show you careers that could be a perfect match!
In 2021 to 2022, our advisers gave information, advice or guidance 237,698 times - so don't be afraid to ask for help, it's what we do!
