In this role, you’ll provide technical expertise and support to clients. This means you’d be using your sales skills to close a business deal or test brand-new technology solutions that could transform the industry.
Your tasks might include:
developing an expert understanding of a business’ products and services
implementing new technology systems for businesses
presenting and explaining concepts for clients to that they understand the likely impacts of proposed solutions
providing technical support and troubleshooting
collaborating with other consultants and project managers
